If you are not at home within the specified delivery time, the package will be held for you at your local post office. You can get it from there within 5 business days. You can use the tracking link to check exactly where the package is. If the package is not collected, it will be returned to Gewofit.
Can I cancel my order?
A cancellation after completing the ordering process is only possible if the ordered goods have not yet been handed over to the shipping company. In addition, if you wish to cancel, it is absolutely necessary that you inform us immediately by e-mail of your cancellation request, stating the item name, the number of items and the order date. Otherwise, a cancellation cannot be carried out..
Can I return the product?
Please use our return form for any returns. You can find the return form under Right of Withdrawal. We ask you to fill this out completely and send it to us. Only after we have checked and approved your return request will we send you a return label. Returns are always free of shipping costs. The prerequisite for this is that you use our return slip.
Important: All returned electronic items must be in their original condition, must not show any signs of use and must be originally labeled. In addition, the goods should be dispatched within the return period. The returned goods will be carefully checked and if they are not perfect, they will be sent back to you.

How can I register or log in to Gewofit as a customer?
You can register as a customer with us free of charge in the header (see start page at the top) under "My Account". When you register or log in for the first time, your personal customer account is created, which you can access using your access data. You can enter all necessary or desired personal data and choose your personal password. Your access data consists of your e-mail and a password. After you have successfully completed the registration, you will receive a verification email with a confirmation link from us within a few minutes. A customer account will only be opened for you after you have clicked on the link. With this access data, you now have the option of simply logging in with a user name and password.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply generate a new one. If you click the "Login & Registration" button on the home page, you can click the "Forgot your password?" button below the login. A new website will open asking you to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to reset the password. After clicking on the link, a new Internet page “Recover password” appears again. You now have the option of assigning a new password and then logging into your customer account with the access data.
