Recommended daily portion: mix 1 sachet in a cup (150-200ml) of hot water (80-100°C), stir, and drink once or twice a day (1-2 sachets a day). To make ice coffee, mix 2 sachets in a cup of hot water, stir, allow to cool, then add ice and water, according to taste, and drink once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion. Do not take food supplements as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. A healthy lifestyle and balanced diet are important.
