Safety instructions | How to use the BCM massager

1. For new users, please first sit on a chair, put a sole of foot barefoot on the blood circulation massager, and then start it.
2. After 5 minutes, place your entire sole of foot on the massager.
3. Hold onto a fixed/immovable object with your hands when standing up if you are unstable.
4. When using the massager, place the massager at 90° to your position and stretch your feet naturally with your back against the devices.
5. While lying down, use a blanket or other soft fillers 5 cm higher than the highest point of the massager. Choose automatic control mode.
6. Please drink a cup of warm water before use. Each application of the massager should not exceed 15 minutes.
7. During use, relax and do not make any sudden movements for 30 seconds after using the massager.
